This hotel was almost tolerable, but wow, waking up at 5:30 am to weird noises was a real treat. Breakfast was a struggle, arriving at 9:00 only to find food disappearing is a new low. I thought for sure they'd offer a complimentary gesture for my inconvenience, but alas, they seem to think regular guests are worth less.

The promenade location is great and central
Some noise. Firstly people in the room above us could be heard tramping about heavily. Secondly, we didnt realise until the friday evening that we were located above the exit to a night club with shouting and screaming until around 2am

I statyed in room 308 this is near to the extrator fan system for the kitchens which was noisy when in use. But with the windows closed it was not to bad but in the hight of summer with good weather and having the windows open I can see that it would disrupt a persons sleep when activated in the mornig wghich on my stay was arround 6am. People should be warned about this when checking in.
The carpets away from the public areas were not very clean and well worn in some areas especially on the stairs . In my opinion thios was a let down and needs to be addressed especially the cleanliness aspect, a good hivering on a daily basis would proably solve the issue.

The Room was large and had a wonderful sea view. The staff were very helpful, especially Vicky, when our flight had been cancelled due to ash, updating us on the latest news regarding our flight. Breakfast was nice.

Very friendly staff, polite, well turned out but not too formal. Lovely big room, with excellent view.
Rather dominated by coach parties.

The staff were really polite and accomodating and couldn't do enough for you. The best staff ive come across in a long time!
The net curtains in the room were filthy and old so if they renewed them there would be nothing negative to say at all.
